The Challenge
A growing multi-doctor clinic had its front desk answering the phone almost constantly just to confirm and reschedule appointments, leaving little time for patients physically in the waiting room. No-shows were common, with no reminder system in place to catch them, and patient history was split across paper files that took time to locate mid-appointment. As the clinic added doctors, the scheduling load on the front desk grew faster than they could hire for it.
The Solution
We built an online booking system with doctor-specific calendars reflecting real, live availability, so patients can book directly instead of calling in. Automated WhatsApp reminders go out ahead of every appointment without staff involvement, and a simple patient portal keeps records searchable and organized in one place. A front-desk dashboard gives staff a clear view of the day's schedule across every doctor, replacing the phone-and-paper system they'd outgrown.
